I have no idea how this happened, but I've somehow managed to inflame my sciatic nerve. So in addition to the muscle spasms in my lower back, which at this point I hardly even notice anymore, I've got a sharp pain radiating down my right leg and a very cool limp. And after 3 days, it's showing no signs of easing up.
Ugh.
